Will we get the same cleaner back each visit ?

Yes, we organise for the same cleaning team to be assigned to your property each and every visit. This allows the cleaners to build a relationship with the client and get familiar with the home and the type of cleaning that is required on a regular basis.

What will my cleaner bring with them ?

Our cleaning teams will all bring their own equipment and professional products with them to your job. The teams are advised to wash/disinfect their cloths and equipment before each property. They will also use different cloths or sponges for bathrooms/kitchen/living areas/bedrooms etc

Do I need to be at home while they clean?

Most of our clients allow us to clean their home while they are at work or out of the house, however you are more than welcome to stay while we work. It’s completely your preference. We do advise at least for the very first clean you book, if someone can be there to meet and greet the cleaning team, we will provide the cleaning team with a checklist of tasks – however it is always very helpful if someone can do a quick walk through the property with them. The cleaning team can then get to work. 

Can I provide a key to the cleaner?

Yes – we have many clients that provide a spare key to the cleaning teams for access for the cleaning service. Alternatively, another very popular option is a key safe which can be purchased from most hardware stores. You can then provide us with a code for entry. We do also have a number of clients that will leave the key in a special safe place on the day of the clean. Either of these options is great – if you can notify us of how we access the property prior to commencement we can work with either option. 

What if I am not happy with my service?

On the occasion you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please send us an email with any relevant photos. We will discuss the service with you and provide you with either a free re-clean or a suitable discount depending on your preference. We aim to provide an exceptional experience every time so please let us know of any feedback. 

How do I pay for the cleaning service?

On completion of the clean, our friendly accounts team will send you an invoice via email. This can be paid via internet or bank transfer. We do not deal with any cash payments at this stage. 

How do I cancel my service?

Please let us know if you are wishing to cancel your clean. You can either email us or call the direct line on the website. We do require 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
